Surface treatment - Aluminum mold polishing can make its surface smoother, which is unmatched by epoxy resin. It makes the surface of the product smooth, while also reducing the flow pressure and bubbles.
In terms of thermal conductivity, aluminum is better than epoxy resin, which can evenly distribute heat on the mold. It improves the surface glossiness and reduces hidden cracks caused by temperature differences.
Aluminum molds may be equipped with ventilation holes and mechanical emissions, which reduce product damage rates, defect rates, and rework rates. Aluminum molds have a longer service life. Aluminum has various advantages over epoxy resin molds, with accurate dimensions, smooth surface, good thermal conductivity, and long service life. This not only reduces the defect rate and rework rate, but also greatly improves quality and cost efficiency.
